Chinese horoscope 2016: the Monkey year’s forecast for the Goat. 2

The Yang Fire Monkey year started on the 4th of February for the solar calendar: the 8th of February is for the lunar start. It is therefore the right time to see what the year has in store for your sign of birth, based on the Chinese Zodiac. In this series of 12 articles I will explore with you the forecast and predictions that are based on your birth sign for your 2016 horoscope. This is different from analyzing your complete Bazi.

For the 12 Signs of Chinese astrology, it is a very different year from 2015 that was the Yin Wood Goat year. While 2015 was all about Earth and Wood Elements, 2016 is a clash between Fire, Metal and Water. These energies represent money opportunities for some and good prospect for single people of some signs. For others, it is all about professional changes and duties and not a very fun year. Let’s see what the situation is sign by sign.

Before reading your predictions, keep in mind that the animal of your year is not the whole picture. Your full chart can balance those influences and in some case reverse them or make them worse. In this article, the years refer to the Chinese ones. So 2016 = 4^th of February 2016 to the 3^rd of February 2017.

The Goat

The Goat sign has an easier year than in 2015: this is for the god news. 2015 might have brought some misunderstandings, costly mistkes and you have learned about yourself and others. You have evolved but probably went through a personal crisis at some level. 2016 is easier and more supportive. It is actually a year of opportunities for your career and finances. Be ready to go for a new adventure, as you are entering a new phase. It is a year that encourages associations, partnerships, friendships…and possibly love.

Love

It is a domain in which you will have more luck than in 2016. If you are single, you have chances to meet: the year is good for male Goat (which logically are either a faun or a Billy goat!). For women, they shouldn’t be left aside but will have to make comprises as you could feel a bit of pressure in your relationship dynamics. For people already in a couple, there is a good understanding if you have a willingness to go in the same direction and support each other. It is actually a good year to conceive a child, which could be some achievement for your happiness. Or the end of your sleep at night, either way.

Work

It is an area of your life where you shall see a good evolution, easier and faster than in 2015. If you are looking for work, it is a good year to go for job interviews. Show your team spirit, that you are flexible and you shall interest many people. For entrepreneurs, it is a good year to look for associations and partnerships and to prospect for new markets: especially if 2015 was more limited in your expansion. You will however need to compromise to reach your goals. The challenges of this year at work is to adapt to new circumstance and, for employees, to work with others rather than being invidualistic. Your financial situation could progress well if you respect your limits and don’t bite more than you can chew. Know when to outsource and hire new people, if necessary! Expect some competition and stress this year but you should be able to turn lead into gold.

Wellbeing

It is also a year a bit easier than the Goat year for you. If you have experience, literally, some blockages before – such as back pain, with your joins, your kidneys etc. you could regain some mobility and find solutions in 2016. Acupuncture and alternative medicine, such as thermal waters, are especially auspicious for Goats during the Monkey year. You should also have less anxiety and existential crisis during this year. If you had a tendency to let yourself go a bit in the past years, or to be depressed, you can get back in shape this year. Take care of your lungs and breast, as they need more monitoring in 2016. Goat women, know that it is easier for you to conceive in 2016 and so act accordingly. Go for contact as you can make new friends this year.
