Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service, such as Feng Shui memberships and subscriptions, youwill be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name, address, date of birth, and other information. This information is to help improve this service and will not be sold to third party.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions, memberships and cancellation
The current subscription is yearly. You are charged on the anniversary date of your membership at the current rate listed on the membership, that is then your yearly fee. Once reconducted, the membership goes for a full year. If you don’t wish to sign up for another year, you can cancel anytime through your account before the anniversary date at which the membership is charged. If you don’t, the amount charged for a new year is then non refundable.
When buying the former monthly subscription, your service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You’ll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase every month, until you cancel. If you cancel within the initial trial period (available only one time during the first 10 days of launching the new membership service), you won’t be charged. Should you cancel after this trial period, your monthly payments are non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. Cancellations can be made any time by visiting your account page.
Coupons
A coupon can be used one time for a discount when signing up the first year. The following year will therefore be charged at the regular rate.
Payment methods
www.laurentlanglais.com, accepts various forms of credit and debit card through a payment getaway service. By subscribing to a membership or by submitting an order for other paid services or products offered on this websites, you authorise www.laurentlanglais.com and its designated payment processor, to charge the account you specify for the purchase amount. If we, through the Payment Processor, do not receive payment from you, you agree to pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand. All payments are to be made in the currency designated by us.
Content
When subscribing on www.laurentlanglais.com for any of the Feng Shui membership, you will need to create a personal account. You shall then be able to access the VIP content, made of monthly articles uploaded once a month. Should you not be able to access it once both your account has been created and your payment processed, please contact our customer service through postmaster@laurentlanglais.com
Disclaimer on the nature of the content
The articles discuss metaphysics principles (Feng Shui, Qi Men Dun Jia, Flying Stars, Bazi) and it is your entire responsibility to believe or not in such methodology. Due to the nature of the methods used (known as Feng Shui activation and Feng Shui luck boosts on this website), the positive results may greatly vary for each person. Great care is taken by the author Laurent Langlais to provide accurate content and insure that only positive effects can manifest following the methodology posted on www.laurentlanglais.com. By agreeing to those terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you can take no action whatsoever (including legal procedure) against Laurent Langlais, his companies and websites for lack of results or what you perceive as negative results following activations, as those cannot be imputed to the methodology used and delivered on www.laurentlanglais.com. Please note that no claim, demands of refunds, or complaint will be accepted in regard to the nature of the content itself and its effects or perceived lack of.
Your subscription can be cancelled at any time should you feel that you are unsatisfied with the methodology and effects on your life.
Personalisation of the content and communication
The membership and subscriptions are offered at an affordable rate to everyone. To offer such service and pricing, Laurent Langlais uses universal calculations (using metaphysical methods known as Feng Shui and Qi Men Dun Jia). Due to their universal aspect, those methods are not personalised for any personal date of birth or Bazi (Chinese astrology) chart. It is entirely your responsibility to know your Bazi and decide if you want to use the activations or not, due to “clashing” month, days or hours. By subscribing and abiding to those terms and conditions, you fully understand those facts and take personal responsability in this process.
Consequently, NO personal questions such as regarding your date of birth, Bazi, home or business plans and layout, compass usage, local time and so on can be answered. Please do not send any emails or any communication regarding those aspects, which are excluded of the monthly subscription and membership to maintain their affordable cost. Any analysis of personal information must go through a consultation process and will be entirely charged accordingly.

Copyright, content sharing and liability
All the content such as articles, posts, images, recording and videos posted on www.laurentlanglais.com are copyrighted by Laurent Langlais unless otherwise specified. Under those copyright terms, sharing and use of this content is strictly limited and defined as follow.
Under the term and condition of any membership and subscription, you are entitled to use the content for yourself and to share it with your household only. A household is defined by people living under the same roof – either a family or flatmates and up to 6 people besides yourself. If the content is shared beyond those terms, you are subject to personal liability for breaching the term of this contract. You would then be excluded from any membership offered by Laurent Langlais and his websites. Any reproduction, sharing or exploitation of the public as well as private content offered through www.laurentlanglais.com (outside of the household definition for the membership’s content) is liability for a breach of contract and will be subjected to legal procedure under the copyright infringement act.

By accepting those terms and conditions you are legally asked to respect them. Any breach will be subjected to termination of membership and can be subjected to a legal procedure.
